LINOLEUM ANALOGIC SERIES

Sous l’impulsion de Marc Sarrazy, le label inaugure avec le présent album sa nouvelle
collection, Linoleum Analog Series, qui se consacre à l'édition en vinyle (uniquement)
d'enregistrements rares, le plus souvent inédits, effectués en studio ou en concert,
principalement réalisés à l'origine sur bandes magnétiques dans les années 1960 et 1970.
L'idée principale de la collection est d'allier l'intérêt historique des sessions choisies et la
qualité musicale et sonore des enregistrements. Le travail de sélection musicale, jusqu'au
produit final, est effectué en étroite collaboration avec le musicien concerné, en l’occurrence le pianiste saxophoniste Joachim Kühn pour le premiers volumes de la série.

Under the impulse of Marc Sarrazy, the label inaugurates with the present album its new
collection, Linoleum Analog Series, which is dedicated to the vinyl edition (only) of
of rare recordings, mostly unreleased, made in studio or in concert,
mainly originally recorded on magnetic tape in the 1960s and 1970s.
